Our motorised roller shutter fell off completely and the motor had burnt. I contacted them at night for emergency repairs. Jessica answered promptly and so the service of call handling and coordination was amazing. The technician arrived 30 minutes later he was William. He knew what he was doing on site. William has a wonderful attitude and helped us out for the night. Returned the following morning to fix the motor issue as advised previous night. Good job from call handling to technicals. Some of those were a bit challenging, due to difficult access, and others needed to be fitted exactly, so as not to get in the way of each other. They came out on a Friday afternoon to inspect our finished knockdown/rebuild, and on Monday afternoon, they had already sent me a very competitive quote. Then when they came over for exact measuring, the guys were really friendly and knowledgeable, and I got very helpful answers to my questions.
They then told me that they could do the install in one and a half weeks! I honestly thought they'd later get back to me and ask for an extension, but true to their word, they informed me they would be there. And indeed they were. They worked really hard, and within two days (from 7am to about 5-6pm), they got it all set up! The shutters are fantastic - they're quiet in their operation, and the remotes they programmed as per my specs work really reliably.
I have high standards to craftsmanship and diligent execution. But I couldn't be happier with the work they've done, and thoroughly recommend them to anyone who needs roller shutters!
