What’s Covered

Our warranty protects you if parts or workmanship fail under normal use, including:

Includes structural parts such as slats, guides, bottom bar, and pelmet.

🔹 Motors & Automation

Coverage includes electric motors supplied with your shutter. We want motors to operate reliably day after day.

🔹 Workmanship

We stand behind the work our team does. If something hasn’t been installed correctly, we’ll take care of it.

This warranty applies when shutters are installed by our qualified tradespeople and maintained appropriately. We offer all shutter installation, repair and maintaince. So don’t late to call for any support!

How the Warranty Works

1. The warranty starts from the installation date.

2. If a part fails due to a defect or poor workmanship, we assess the issue.

3. We’ll repair or replace the defective part at no cost under warranty.

4. We’ll guide you through the claim process step by step.

Warranty Exclusions — What’s Not Covered
