Quotes and Pricing
- All quotes provided are free and obligation-free, unless stated otherwise.

- Quotes are valid for 30 days from the issue date unless otherwise specified.
- Any additional work required after inspection or installation (e.g., electrical, wall repair, removal of existing shutters) may incur extra costs.

Orders and Payments
- Orders are confirmed only after written acceptance or payment of a deposit (if applicable).
- Payment terms will be clearly stated on your invoice or quotation.
- We accept payments via bank transfer, credit card, or other approved payment methods.
- Title to goods remains with Roller Shutter People until full payment has been received.
- Failure to pay by the due date may result in suspension or cancellation of your order and may incur collection fees.
Installation and Delivery
- Installation dates are scheduled by mutual agreement and may vary depending on product availability, weather, or other unforeseen factors.
- We make every effort to complete installations on time, but delays do not entitle customers to compensation or cancellation unless required under Australian Consumer Law.
- The customer must ensure the installation area is safe, clear, and accessible.
- We are not responsible for damage caused by pre-existing structural or electrical issues at the property.
Warranty and Guarantee
- We offer a 10-year warranty on shutters and motors from the date of installation.
- The warranty covers manufacturing defects and workmanship under normal residential or commercial use.
- It does not cover:
- Misuse, negligence, or improper maintenance
- Damage from accidents, storms, or natural disasters
- Modifications or repairs by unauthorized persons
- Warranty claims must include proof of purchase and installation details.
- We comply fully with the Australian Consumer Law, and your statutory rights remain unaffected.
Cancellations and Refunds
- Orders may be cancelled within 48 hours of confirmation unless materials have been custom-cut or manufactured.
- Once manufacturing begins, cancellations may incur charges to cover costs.
- Refunds or replacements will only be provided for faulty goods or services in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law.
- DIY products or accessories returned must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging (if returnable).
Repairs and Maintenance
- Service and repair requests must be made through our official contact channels.
- We will inspect the issue before providing an estimated repair cost.
- Emergency repair services are available across Sydney and the South Coast, subject to technician availability.
